We aim to respond within 2 business days. For urgent issues (crashes, data loss), include device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce.

What matches are supported?

10m Air Pistol (Men/Women/Juniors), 25m Rapid Fire, 25m Standard, 25m Centre‑Fire, 25m Pistol (Women/Junior), and 50m Pistol.

Where is my data stored?

On your device only (SwiftData). The app works offline and doesn’t collect personal data.

PB/grade alerts

When you save a score, ScoreSaver checks your personal best and grade break table and shows an alert if you set a PB or changed grade.

Face ID / Passcode

You can lock the app behind your username/password and Face ID for additional security.

Troubleshooting

The keyboard hides buttons

  • Tap outside a field to dismiss the keyboard, or use the toolbar Done button.
  • On Calculator, use Prev/Next to move between fields.

Can I migrate data to a new phone?

Yes—use device‑to‑device transfer or an encrypted iTunes/iCloud backup to move app data.

I deleted the app—can I recover scores?

Deleting the app removes local data. If you have a backup from before deletion, restore the device to recover.

ScoreSaver stores match records on your device using Apple’s SwiftData. We do not collect, transmit, or sell personal data. No analytics SDKs or third‑party trackers are used.

Data We Store

  • Match records you enter (date, match, location, score, computed grade).
  • App settings (e.g., default location) and a username/password hash in the iOS Keychain.

Data Sharing

No data is shared with third parties.

Your Choices

  • Delete your data anytime by removing the app.
  • iOS backups (iCloud/Computer) may contain app data; manage backups in iOS Settings.
